An enabling development of 14 apartments to allow for the remediation and return of three quarters of this 1Ha site – a former railway goods yard – to public use as part of Barnes Common. The apartments achieve some of the highest levels of sustainability in the UK.


DGA worked closely with the client Anglo-Swiss, local residents and Richmond Council to develop the design and guide it through the planning process, followed by detail design and site operations.
