Appointed as executive architects, DGA worked closely with the main contractor Bennett Construction to provide architectural services from Stage 3b through to completion on site. The brownfill residential development consisted of a mixture of private and affordable residential apartments with a small mews of new town houses set around an internal courtyard behind a retained Listed gateway façade and over a large basement.
The development consists of 48 apartments and 10 townhouses.
