DGA were appointed by St George City Ltd as delivery architects for the conversion of a 300m long listed warehouse building at the heart of their London Dock development to provide an array of shell and core speculative office spaces. Other than the careful refurbishment of the listed fabric, new windows, roof and services, the project involved the careful forming of a new inertenal opening in the ground floor through the historic vaulted basement to create a linked space providing daylight into the depths of the space. One unit of the development was fully fitted out with new mezzanine and interior design to create a light and airy and stunning new office space.
